The MVP Trading Cards Company has created this page in order to assist our customers with any concerns raised dealing with ordering items, shipping, and returns for refunds. If you have any question that wasn't discussed here, let us know about it by using our contact us page.
Ordering
The MVP Trading Cards Company is a 100% secure site. We accept most major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover & Check Cards.). Upon completing your order, we will not, at any time, provide anyone with your personal information (ex. name, address, credit card information, etc.). We consider all information submitted confidential, and will be treated as such.
Mail & Fax Orders
We will honor orders placed by fax or by mail. If ordering by mail, make your check or money order payable to MVP Trading Cards Company. However, mail orders may take an additional day or two to process. Please include the items you wish to buy, and $10.15 for shipping and handling and California residents please add the 9.75% sales tax. If you're placing an order by fax, please include the items that you wish to buy, your billing & shipping address, telephone number, and email address. Our fax is (818) 773-8507.
Shipping
All orders placed on the MVP Trading Cards Company site will be shipped via UPS Ground. ALL rushed orders will be shipped UPS 2-3 Day Service. If you want to use a cheaper service such as the USPS, please give us a call or send us an email and we'll quote you a lesser price. All orders placed will be shipped within 2-3 business days for all domestic orders. All international orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days.
Returns & Refunds
Most items ordered on the MVP Trading Cards Company site can be returned for a refund, though some restrictions apply. For a FULL refund, customers must return the item(s) to us (at your expense) within 10 days of the delivered order. All items returned will be subjected to inspection prior to refunds being issued. Please note: THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ON ANY OPENED OR SEALED BOX CARDS SETS! All autographed memorabilia sold on this site comes with a certificate of authenticity (i.e. Global Authentic, PSA/DNA, Mounted Memories, James Spence Authentication, GT Sports Marketing, and Upper Deck Authenticated).
